Hello, it’s me again 😊
After working in project management for about two years with my bachelor’s degree, I decided to do my master’s degree in Business Psychology, Leadership & Management (M. Sc.) at SRH Mobile University. I have opted for this because in my viewpoint, knowledge about people, their behavior and how to set up a project team with different characters is very crucial for project management. Also change management plays an important role when it comes to projects which might change the way of working for some employees. Last but not least I always have been interested in my fellow human beings and why they behave the way they do.
Theoretical knowledge is one thing but putting it into practice is something else. As I mostly had to write term papers instead of exams during my studies I had the chance to make the transfer to practice by researching various topics like:
- Development of a positive organizational culture
- Creation of an image campaign to improve employer image
- Development of change management measures to make work more flexible
- Factors influencing the increase in social acceptance in the field of autonomous driving in Germany
- Development of recommendations for dealing with barriers and enablers for cooperation within an organization
