Onboarding
Before your studies or training begins, the TecAlliance offers onboarding. Here you get to know your future colleagues, your workplace and your activities.

1st week
The onboarding of the TecAlliance, i.e. your first days with us begin with a playful getting to know of the entire trainee and student team. You’ll have built up a few connections, get to know your future colleagues and make new friends. With the help of varied presentations and projects by the older apprentices and students, you will quickly gain an insight into the various departments of TecAlliance and into our various apprentice projects. For example, we will show you the social media team and you will receive basic introductions to daily programs such as our time recording software. In addition, during your first week there will be an apprentice excursion with all classes, during which on two eventful days the one-team idea will be strengthened among each other.

2nd week
Your second week at TecAlliance begins with the day when the trainees start their training, or with the onboarding of the students. In addition, important tools for vocational school and studies will be explained to you. These include the report booklet or the project board within the company. An introduction to computers and programming languages will also take place this week.

3rd week
In the following third week you will get an introduction to Scrum as a model for agile software development. Basics and corresponding applications of project management are also part of this onboarding phase. In order to be able to use the TecAlliance Intranet and Sharepoint quickly and easily during your daily work, you will also receive a corresponding briefing.

4th week
Since presentation techniques are very important for both studies and training, we will show you everything you need to know about them. Within this week you will also receive an introduction to Office 365 and the various functionalities of Outlook. In order to be able to internalize everything better, some practical exercises will follow. This week will end with a first article for the Trainee Tracks, the own blog of the trainees and students, as well as a feedback round to improve the onboarding for the trainees and students. In summary, a varied and exciting time will introduce you well to our company and you will get to know it quickly. In addition, we all take part in the night of the training together.
