Ba­che­lor of Arts: Busi­ness Ad­mi­nis­tra­ti­on – HR Ma­nage­ment (m/f/d)

Sin­ce 2022, I have been stu­dy­ing Ap­pli­ed Com­pu­ter Sci­ence as a dual stu­dent at TecAlliance. I par­ti­cu­lar­ly app­re­cia­te the com­pre­hen­si­ve sup­port pro­vi­ded du­ring my prac­ti­cal pha­ses when­ever I have ques­ti­ons. Du­ring my time at TecAlliance, I have had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to gain di­ver­se in­ter­na­tio­nal ex­pe­ri­en­ces. For in­s­tance, du­ring one of my prac­ti­cal pha­ses, I was able to tra­vel to our site in Viet­nam to work on a pro­ject with an in­ter­na­tio­nal team. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, TecAlliance sup­port­ed me in com­ple­ting a se­mes­ter ab­road in South Ko­rea. Th­rough the­se in­ter­cul­tu­ral ex­pe­ri­en­ces I have gai­ned va­luable skills for my pro­fes­sio­nal and per­so­nal future. 

I am stu­dy­ing ap­pli­ed com­pu­ter sci­ence in the fifth se­mes­ter and, thanks to the sup­port of TecAlliance, I had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to spend a se­mes­ter ab­road in South Ko­rea. This ex­pe­ri­ence gave me va­luable in­ter­na­tio­nal in­sights. Du­ring the prac­ti­cal pha­ses, I work in teams on va­rious pro­jects, which gi­ves me a com­pre­hen­si­ve in­sight into ever­y­day work at TecAlliance. Th­rough the li­vely ex­ch­an­ge with trai­ners and col­le­agues, I can con­ti­nu­al­ly im­pro­ve my skills and gain va­luable prac­ti­cal experience. 

I have been training as an IT spe­cia­list for ap­pli­ca­ti­on de­ve­lo­p­ment sin­ce Sep­tem­ber 2022. Sin­ce start­ing at TecAlliance, I have al­re­a­dy gai­ned a lot of ex­pe­ri­ence in dif­fe­rent teams and lo­ca­ti­ons. I was able to get to know dif­fe­rent pro­gramming lan­guages and al­ways felt very com­for­ta­ble. My col­le­agues were al­ways very fri­end­ly and hel­pful. I also had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to get to know our lo­ca­ti­on and col­le­agues in Mu­nich for a month, which was an ex­tre­me­ly ex­ci­ting experience. 

I have been com­ple­ting my training as an ap­pli­ca­ti­on de­ve­lo­per at TecAlliance sin­ce Sep­tem­ber 2022. I par­ti­cu­lar­ly app­re­cia­te the in­ter­ac­tion with my col­le­agues and the po­si­ti­ve working at­mo­sphe­re. The­re is a gre­at wil­ling­ness to help in the va­rious teams and every opi­ni­on is equal­ly va­lued. I am loo­king for­ward to the co­ming time at TecAlliance and to gai­ning new experiences.

My per­so­nal high­light was cer­tain­ly the rea­li­sa­ti­on of a pro­ject for which a col­le­ague and I were able to tra­vel to Thai­land for a month at our site. Du­ring my work, I be­ne­fit from the con­s­truc­ti­ve but re­la­xed re­la­ti­onship with our trai­ners be­cau­se I can gain so much prac­ti­cal ex­pe­ri­ence. The at­mo­sphe­re among us trai­nees is gre­at, both pro­fes­sio­nal­ly and per­so­nal­ly, so you feel part of the team from day one. 

I star­ted my training as an IT Spe­cia­list for Ap­pli­ca­ti­on De­ve­lo­p­ment in Sep­tem­ber 2022. Sin­ce then, I have lear­ned a lot and have be­co­me more fa­mi­li­ar with TecAlliance. Our trai­ners are al­ways available to help us and pro­vi­de the best so­lu­ti­ons for our ques­ti­ons. I’m re­al­ly hap­py to be a part of TecAlliance and I’m loo­king for­ward to the up­co­ming year!

 

Sin­ce Sep­tem­ber 2021, I have been an ap­pli­ca­ti­on de­ve­lo­per trai­nee at TecAlliance and have had not­hing but po­si­ti­ve ex­pe­ri­en­ces over the ye­ars. Even as a young pro­fes­sio­nal, you are ent­rus­ted with re­spon­si­bi­li­ty and you are sup­port­ed th­roug­hout in all are­as. An­o­ther thing that made my ent­ry into the pro­fes­sio­nal world ea­sier was our lear­ning of­fice, which ta­kes place du­ring the first months of training or stu­dy­ing. Here, we new­co­mers were taught the ba­sics of the job in a very plea­sant working at­mo­sphe­re and ever­yo­ne was able to learn new things at their own pace. 

Du­ring my ad­van­ced training as a tech­ni­ci­an in elec­tri­cal en­gi­nee­ring, I made my first steps with C# and ob­ject-ori­en­ted pro­gramming lan­guage, and knew from then on that this is the right di­rec­tion for me. Af­ter com­ple­ting my fur­ther training, I work­ed in soft­ware de­ve­lo­p­ment for some time. In or­der de­ve­lop pro­fes­sio­nal­ly, I de­ci­ded to pur­sue a dual stu­dy pro­gram be­cau­se I va­lue the prac­ti­cal re­le­van­ce du­ring my stu­dies. Th­rough a fri­end, I lear­ned about TecAlliance and ap­pli­ed di­rect­ly. Curr­ent­ly, I have spent more time in lec­tures than in the of­fice, but I feel very com­for­ta­ble here. 

I have been training as an IT spe­cia­list for ap­pli­ca­ti­on de­ve­lo­p­ment for 5 months. Sin­ce then, we have been in­de­pendent­ly ac­qui­ring new know­ledge on va­rious pro­jects in the lear­ning of­fice. At in­ter­vals of a few weeks, dif­fe­rent trai­ners come to us to help with any pro­blems. The gre­at col­le­agues as well as the plea­sant working at­mo­sphe­re make TecAlliance a good place to learn right from the start.
