The application process

Here are some tips for your application

As always: The early bird catches the worm. The best thing is to apply to us one year before the start of your training.

But always check out our current job offers, maybe you are lucky and a suitable position is still available.

For a complete application you should enclose the following documents:

  • Cover letter
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Certificates (and attestations)

You should upload your application documents in one of the following file formats:

  • Doc or Docx (Microsoft Word)
  • PDF
  • JPG
  • GIF

A single file must not be larger than 7 MB. Of course, the document should not be password-protected or write-protected.

You should plan your journey and be on time. You should come to your interview dressed appropriately.
In addition, you should inform yourself about the TecAlliance and the training or study course. Also think about questions you can ask us about the company, the apprenticeship or anything else you are interested in.

You simply report to the reception desk, then you and other applicants will be introduced to the company. The following company tour will give you an insight into buildings, departments and the work of colleagues. Of course you can also ask questions here. At the end you will have the actual interview, which will then take place without the other applicants.

Here you have the opportunity to introduce yourself. You tell us who you are, what makes you tick, what you can do. We ask you to answer one or two of our questions. But of course you are cordially invited to ask us your questions.
