👩‍🎓 After completing my apprenticeship as an Application Development Specialist at TecAlliance, I worked as a Business Application Engineer in the interim period before starting my dual studies in Business Informatics. My role involved maintaining the bidirectional data synchronization of customer master data between ERP and CRM systems using a Power Automated App, which I personally developed 🎉.

 

😎 The beauty of the IT field is that the learning never stops. It offers endless opportunities for growth and specialization. My first practical phase led me into the world of IT Security, where I deepened my knowledge and expanded my skills significantly. In this area, I also completed my first project thesis on clustering security incidents and planning scenarios for early detection, enhancing proactive threat identification and response capabilities.

 

🌏 For my second practical phase, I had the incredible opportunity to work at our Vietnamese office. There, I assisted the TecCom team with their 2025 roadmap and the organization of PBIs. I also supported other teams with feedback analysis and even found time to collaborate with the marketing team, where I conducted an interview and filmed a vlog.

 

🙌 My third practical phase was a short yet insightful experience in the People Development Team, where my personal highlight was a crash course led by a lecturer on different leadership styles.

 

☺️ Now, I am looking forward to my next practical phase, which I will once again spend in the IT Security Team, where I can further deepen my expertise in cybersecurity.

Business Informatics

Hello, my name is Lennart and I have been studying business informatics since September 2023.

I started my apprenticeship as an IT specialist for application development at TecAlliance back in 2020. During this time, I was able to gain a lot of great and instructive experience. I rotated through many departments and was able to acquire knowledge in many areas of software development.

After I completed my training at the beginning of 2023, I was able to bridge the time until I started my studies in the Analytics team at TecCom. In the end, I decided to study business informatics because, in addition to the high level of computer science in my training, I also wanted to continue my business education. I am now in my 4th semester of theory and can say that I have chosen the right course, as a very wide range of topics are taught. Building on this, you can then specialize even further. I'm excited to see what else is in store for me in the future!

In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends or do sports.

Hallo ich bin Katharina!

Ich studiere seit 2023 an der DHBW Stuttgart im Bereich International Business.

Ich habe mich schon immer für viele verschiedene Dinge begeistert. Neben Volleyball, Kochen und Gitarre spielen, reise ich gerne und spreche mehrere Sprachen.

In der Schule und außerhalb der Schule interessiere ich mich für wirtschaftliche und politische Themen, internationale Geschichte und Sprachen.

Zum Glück muss diese Kombination weder in einem Studiengang wie diesem noch in der Arbeitswelt leiden, und so habe ich den perfekten Platz für mich gefunden: ein internationales, dynamisches Unternehmen, in dem ich meine Begeisterung und meine Stärken weiter ausleben und sogar noch ausbauen kann.

Meine Abende und Wochenenden verbringe ich mit meiner Familie und Freunden, gehe ins Fitnessstudio oder verreise spontan.

Hallo zusammen,

mein Name ist Hans und ich bin seit September 2023 Student für International Business bei TecAlliance.

Ich komme ursprünglich aus Guatemala, einem wunderschönen Land in Mittelamerika, und war schon immer daran interessiert, in einem internationalen Umfeld zu arbeiten, in dem ich alle Sprachen, die ich sprechen kann, anwenden kann. Seit ich 4 Jahre alt war, wollte ich immer in Deutschland studieren, weil ich ein deutsches Erbe habe und es der Traum meines Großvaters war, in Deutschland zu studieren, also war ich immer darauf konzentriert, dieses Ziel und diesen Traum zu erreichen. Deshalb habe ich in meinem letzten Schuljahr angefangen, im Internet zu recherchieren und wusste, dass ich ein duales Studium machen wollte, um Theorie zu lernen, aber auch gleichzeitig Erfahrungen zu sammeln. Bei meiner Suche im Internet bin ich auf TecAlliance gestoßen und durch die Möglichkeit eines internationalen Studiums erfülle ich mir nun meinen Traum und den Traum meines Großvaters.

In den letzten zwei Monaten habe ich viel über die Arbeit bei TecAlliance gelernt. Zum einen war ich auf der BU TecRMI im Vertrieb, wo ich viele Erfahrungen im Verkauf sammeln konnte. Außerdem hatte ich einen Tag, an dem ich mit meinem Mentor eine Selling Tour in Würzburg gemacht habe, die mir viel Neues gezeigt hat.

Ich bin erst seit ein paar Monaten bei TecAlliance, aber ich fühle mich dort sehr wohl. Ich habe viele neue Leute kennengelernt, die immer so freundlich und nett zu mir sind, egal welche Position sie haben, sie behandeln einen immer am besten.

Außerhalb der Arbeit spiele ich gerne Basketball 🏀, spiele Videospiele, rede mit meiner Familie am anderen Ende der Welt, gehe mit Freunden aus, lese die Bibel und gehe mit Freunden in die Kirche.

Hello everyone! My name is Zhanna and I am a dual student at TecAlliance. I am studying Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at the DHBW in Mosbach. Before my studies, I lived in Ukraine and worked mainly in the tourism industry. I felt that I couldn't realize my potential in this field and needed more challenges. Then I discovered data science and realized that it was exactly what I needed. I am glad that I am part of TecAlliance. I can take a new path and get the change I need. During my first month at TecAlliance, the other trainees and I had the opportunity to get to know each other, the industry and the company. I have also already completed my first semester of high school. There was a lot of information about math, different methods on how to gain knowledge from data (data science), and also general knowledge about AI. In my free time, I draw, go for walks and listen to music.

Hallo zusammen,

mein Name ist Luca Schulz und ich habe 2023 meine Reise bei TecAlliance begonnen. Zurzeit studiere ich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen an der DHBW in Bad Mergentheim. Seit meiner Schulzeit war ich schon immer eine Art "Allrounder" und habe mich deshalb für das Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens entschieden, weil mir die Idee gefällt, etwas Technisches zu studieren und gleichzeitig etwas über wirtschaftliche Aspekte zu erfahren.

Bisher wurde ich eine Woche lang in die Grundlagen des Programmierens eingeführt und habe auch meine erste Praxisphase absolviert, in der ich viel über Projektmanagement gelernt habe. Außerdem möchte ich sagen, dass ich von der entspannten und freundlichen Atmosphäre im Büro wirklich überrascht war.

Meine Hobbys sind Fußball spielen, ins Fitnessstudio gehen und mit meinen Freunden abhängen, aber auch ab und zu Videospiele spielen.

 Hey, ich bin Lea und seit September 2023 studiere ich Onlinemedien an der DHBW Mosbach. 

Während meiner Schulzeit auf dem sozialwissenschaftlichen Gymnasium war ich mir lange Zeit unsicher, was ich mir für meine Zukunft vorstelle. Doch im letzten Jahr meiner Schulzeit entdeckte ich den Studiengang Onlinemedien, der perfekt zu meinen Interessen passte. Die Mischung aus Informatik, Psychologie und  kreatives Gestalten, hat mich überzeugt, mich auf diesen Studiengang zu bewerben. Außerdem liebe ich es, in meiner Freizeit zu fotografieren und als ich herausfand, dass Fotografie ebenfalls auch ein Teil des Studiums ist, war ich vollends überzeugt. 

Ich habe die Entscheidung mich für diesen Weg entschieden zu haben, bis jetzt in keiner Sekunde bereut. Ich mag das Studium sehr gerne und auch die die Arbeit bei TecAlliance gefällt mir sehr, vor allem wegen der entspannten Arbeitsatmosphäre und der freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kollegen. 

Wenn ich nicht gerade arbeite oder studiere, gehe ich sehr gerne Spazieren und fotografiere. Vorallem die Natur und Tiere fotografiere ich am liebsten. Außerdem lese ich gerne und verbringe die Zeit mit meinen Freunden.

Hallo, ich heiße Jan und bin 22 Jahre alt. Ich habe eine Ausbildung zum Anwendungsentwickler absolviert und studiere nun Data Science und Künstliche Intelligenz an der DHBW in Mosbach. 

Ich habe gerade mein erstes Semester abgeschlossen und genieße es sehr, das theoretische Wissen in die Praxis umzusetzen. 
Außerdem verbringe ich sehr gerne Zeit mit meinen Kollegen, es macht so viel Spaß, gemeinsam Neues zu erleben und voneinander zu lernen.

Before that, I completed my Abitur. I have been passionate about IT for a long time. I first got to know TecAlliance through a workshop here and I really like the nice Colleagues and the nice Atmosphere here at TecAlliance.

Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing the guitar and going to the gym. I think it’s fascinating to learn all this new stuff about Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence and I’m excited to continue my journey at TecAlliance and in the tech field!

Mein Name ist Hagji und ich befinde mich derzeit im ersten Jahr eines dualen Studiums der Wirtschaftsinformatik 📚💻.

Meine Reise begann am 01.09.2024, und ich bin begeistert von den Möglichkeiten, die dieser Weg bietet.

Vor Beginn des Studiums absolvierte ich eine Ausbildung bei TecAlliance, die mir wertvolle Erfahrungen mit den Arbeitsabläufen des Unternehmens vermittelte und mir einen guten Draht zum Team ermöglichte. Diese Vertrautheit und das positive Umfeld bei TecAlliance machten mir die Entscheidung leicht, meinen beruflichen Weg hier fortzusetzen.

Während meiner ersten Praxisphase hatte ich die Möglichkeit, im SAP-Team zu arbeiten, wo ich mich auf den CMD-Bereich konzentrierte. Diese Erfahrung ermöglichte es mir, tief in die Praxis einzutauchen, an Kundengesprächen teilzunehmen und aktiv an realen Projekten mitzuarbeiten. Einer der bisherigen Höhepunkte war das Schreiben meiner ersten Programme in ABAP, was mir wertvolle Einblicke in die Programmierung und Problemlösung in einem geschäftlichen Kontext verschaffte.

In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Volleyball und zeichne surrealistische Dinge, um meinen Gedanken freien Lauf zu lassen. Ich freue mich darauf, meine Reise fortzusetzen, mehr praktische Erfahrungen zu sammeln und sowohl beruflich als auch persönlich zu wachsen.

Hallo zusammen, mein Name ist Leo und ich bin dualer Student bei TecAlliance. Ich studiere derzeit Angewandte Informatik an der DHBW in Bad Mergentheim. Meine Reise mit TecAlliance begann am 2. September 2024.  

Der erste Monat war dem Onboarding gewidmet, in dem ich wertvolle Einblicke in die internen Strukturen und Abläufe der TecAlliance erhielt. Diese Zeit vermittelte mir ein umfassendes Verständnis für die Abläufe des Unternehmens und bereitete mich auf die kommenden beruflichen und akademischen Herausforderungen vor.  

Obwohl mein Studium offiziell im Oktober begann, blieb ich bis zum 25. November in der TecAlliance-Geschäftsstelle in Weikersheim, um meine Kenntnisse in der Python-Programmierung zu vertiefen und mir ein grundlegendes Verständnis der Informatik anzueignen. Ich habe diese Gelegenheit sehr geschätzt, denn die neu erworbenen Fähigkeiten werden mich zweifellos auf meinem gesamten akademischen Weg unterstützen.  

Zurzeit genieße ich meine Zeit an der Universität in vollen Zügen, da sie mir ein hervorragendes Umfeld bietet, um mein Wissen im Bereich Informatik zu erweitern, und es mir gleichzeitig ermöglicht, Kontakte zu anderen Studenten zu knüpfen und Freundschaften zu schließen.  

Meine Entscheidung, Angewandte Informatik zu studieren, wurde durch meine akademischen Interessen, die Bedeutung der Arbeitsplatzsicherheit in einer zunehmend digitalisierten Welt und den allgegenwärtigen Einfluss der Globalisierung bestimmt. Ich glaube, dass dieser Bereich sowohl Stabilität als auch aufregende Möglichkeiten für persönliches und berufliches Wachstum bietet.

In meiner Freizeit spiele ich gerne Volleyball und Fußball, lese Bücher oder treffe mich mit Freunden.  

Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass meine Erfahrungen bei TecAlliance sehr bereichernd waren, und ich freue mich darauf, meine Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in den kommenden Jahren weiter auszubauen.

Hallo,

mein Name ist Tim, und ich bin 16 Jahre alt. Meine erste Berührung mit TecAlliance hatte ich während eines Praktikums im Jahr 2022, bei dem ich spannende Einblicke in die Welt der IT und Programmierung bekam. Diese Erfahrung hat mein Interesse geweckt und letztendlich dazu geführt, dass ich mich für eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung bei TecAlliance entschieden habe. 💻


Einer der wichtigsten Gründe, warum ich mich für TecAlliance entschieden habe, ist, dass mein Cousin hier arbeitet und immer wieder positive Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmen gemacht hat. Außerdem arbeitet ein Freund der Familie ebenfalls bei TecAlliance und hat mich zu diesem Schritt ermutigt.


In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gerne bowlen, spiele Tischtennis und arbeite an Programmierprojekten. 🎳 🏓 Ich liebe es, mich in neue Herausforderungen zu stürzen und meine Fähigkeiten sowohl beruflich als auch persönlich ständig zu erweitern.


Ich freue mich darauf, in den kommenden Jahren mein Fachwissen im TecAlliance-Team zu erweitern und zu der innovativen Arbeit beizutragen, die hier geleistet wird.

Hi, I'm Laura, 23 years old and I've been studying Digital Business Management at DHBW Bad Mergentheim since September 2024. Before my studies, I successfully completed an apprenticeship as an office management assistant.

Onboarding started in September. This is where we got to know the company and my colleagues. After numerous presentations and games to get to know each other, we went to the learning office. Here we got to know the Python programming language. It was very interesting to learn the basics and understand what the other students and colleagues in the IT department do on a daily basis. Shortly before the DHBW phase, which started in October, we got to know other departments such as Sales, Sales Service, Product Marketing, Fleet, Finance/Controlling and IM at TecAlliance. I am currently in the TecRMI BU and on my second day at work I was able to go directly to the GRS in-house exhibition in Düsseldorf.

In my free time, I like to be creative and work on so-called bead animals. I also like to play Genshin Impact and spend a lot of time with my friends, both outside in the fresh air and online.

My nice work colleagues make it all the more fun to experience new things and gain new experiences every day. I'm looking forward to more exciting projects that I can plan and realize in the future.

Heyy, my name is Jule, I'm 18 years old and I'm currently studying International Business at the DHBW Mosbach in Bad Mergentheim.

I love traveling and getting to know new places and cultures. I lived with a host family on Vancouver Island in Canada for a year and attended a high school there. My year abroad enabled me to make lots of new international friends with whom I now meet up all over the world.

I am interested in many different things. Besides traveling, I like swimming, diving and skiing. In my free time I do skipping and karate and spend time with my friends. I also like to be creative and enjoy playing volleyball.

I got to know TecAlliance through a training fair in Bad Mergentheim and then took part in Girls' Day, which gave me further insights into the company. I was particularly impressed by the warm atmosphere there, which is why I ultimately chose TecAlliance.

My first semester of theory at the DHBW started in October and the lectures with the professors, some of whom come from all over the world, fascinated me right from the beginning. I'm looking forward to getting to know more topics and being able to apply the theoretical content in practice. Thanks to my friendly colleagues, work is even more fun and I'm looking forward to gaining more exciting and international experiences!

Hey mein Name ist Ioanna und ich habe im Oktober 2025 mein duales Studium für Wirtschaftsinformatik bei der DHBW Bad Mergentheim angefangen. 🖐

Vor meinem Studium habe ich meine Ausbildung zur Fachinformatikerin für Anwendungsentwicklung bei der TecAlliance gemacht. 👩‍💻

Ich habe wärend meinem Abitur gemerkt, dass ich Interesse an der IT habe, besonders an der Programmierung, was sich wärend der Ausbildung nur weiter verstärkte.
Deshalb habe ich mich entschieden im Anschluss auf die Ausbildung Angewandte Informatik zu studieren.💻

Einige der Vorteile, die die Arbeit bei der TecAlliance mir bietet, sind das tolle Arbeitsklima und die netten Kollegen, die helfen, 
wenn es mal nicht so läuft. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich nach der Ausbildung dazu entschieden mein duales Studium weiterhin bei der TecAlliance zu machen. 👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏼

Hello I’m Katharina!

I have been a corporative student in international business at DHBW Stuttgart since 2023.

I have always been passionate about many different things. Besides playing volleyball, cooking and playing the guitar, I love to  travel and speak several languages.

At school and outside of school, I am interested in economic and political topics, international history and languages.

Luckily, this combination doesn't have to suffer in a degree program like this or in the working world, so I’ve found the perfect place for me: an international, dynamic company where I can continue to live and even improve my enthusiasm and strengths.

Hello everyone,

My name is Hans and since September 2023 I’ve been studying International Business at TecAlliance.

I’m originally from Guatemala, a beautiful country in Central America, and I’ve always been interested in working in an international environment where I can use all the languages I speak. Ever since I was 4 years old, I’ve wanted to study in Germany because I have German heritage, and it was my grandfather’s dream to study in Germany — so I’ve always been focused on achieving this goal and fulfilling his dream. That’s why, in my final year of school, I started researching online and knew I wanted to do a dual study program — to learn the theory while also gaining practical experience at the same time. During my online search, I came across TecAlliance, and now, through the opportunity of an international degree program, I’m making both my own dream and my grandfather’s dream come true.

Over the past two months, I’ve learned a lot about working at TecAlliance. For example, I was in the TecRMI business unit in Sales, where I gained a lot of experience in sales. I also had a day where I did a selling tour in Würzburg with my mentor, which taught me many new things.

I’ve only been at TecAlliance for a few months, but I already feel very comfortable here. I’ve met a lot of new people who are always so kind and friendly to me. No matter what position they hold, they always treat you with the utmost respect.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball 🏀, playing video games, talking with my family on the other side of the world, going out with friends, reading the Bible, and going to church with friends.

Hello everyone,

My name is Luca Schulz and I started my journey at TecAlliance in 2023. I am currently studying industrial engineering at the DHBW in Bad Mergentheim. I've always been a bit of an "all-rounder" since I was at school, so I decided to study industrial engineering because I like the idea of studying something technical and learning about business aspects at the same time.

So far, I have been introduced to the basics of programming for a week and have also completed my first practical phase, in which I learned a lot about project management. I would also like to say that I was really surprised by the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the office.

My hobbies are playing soccer, going to the gym and hanging out with my friends, but also playing video games from time to time.

Hey, I'm Lea and I've been studying online media at DHBW Mosbach since September 2023.

For a long time during my time at a social science high school, I wasn't sure what I wanted to do in my future. But in my final year at school, I discovered the online media degree course, which perfectly matched my interests. The mixture of computer science, psychology and creative design convinced me to apply for this course. I also love taking photos in my free time and when I found out that photography was also part of the course, I was completely convinced.

I haven't regretted my decision to choose this path for a second so far. I really like studying and I also really like working at TecAlliance, especially because of the relaxed working atmosphere and the friendly and helpful colleagues.

When I'm not working or studying, I love going for walks and taking photos. My favorite things to photograph are nature and animals. I also enjoy reading and spending time with my friends.

Before starting this program, I completed a vocational training at TecAlliance, which gave me valuable experience with the company's work processes and allowed me to build strong connections with the team. This familiarity and the positive environment at TecAlliance made it an easy decision to continue my professional journey here.

During my first practical phase, I had the chance to work in the SAP team, where I focused on the CMD area. This experience allowed me to dive deep into the field, attend meetings with customers, and actively contribute to real-world projects. One of the highlights so far has been writing my first programs in ABAP, which gave me valuable insights into programming and problem-solving in a business context.

In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball and draw surrealistic things to let my mind run free. I am looking forward to continuing my journey, gaining more hands-on experience, and growing both professionally and personally.

Hello everyone, my name is Leo, and I am a dual student at TecAlliance. I am currently pursuing a degree in Applied Computer Science at the DHBW in Bad Mergentheim. My journey with TecAlliance began on September 2, 2024.

The initial month was dedicated to onboarding, during which I gained valuable insights into the internal structures and operations of TecAlliance. This period provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the company's workflows and prepared me for the professional and academic challenges ahead.

Although my studies officially commenced in October, I remained at the TecAlliance office in Weikersheim until November 25 to deepen my understanding of Python programming and acquire a fundamental grasp of Computer Science. I highly appreciated this opportunity, as these newly acquired skills will undoubtedly support me throughout my academic journey.

Currently, I am thoroughly enjoying my time at university, as it offers an excellent environment for expanding my knowledge in Computer Science while also allowing me to connect with fellow students and build meaningful friendships.

My decision to pursue Applied Computer Science was driven by my academic interests, the importance of job security in an increasingly digitalized world, and the pervasive influence of globalization. I believe this field offers both stability and exciting opportunities for personal and professional growth.

In my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball and football, as well as reading books or socializing with friends.

In conclusion, my experience at TecAlliance has been highly enriching, and I look forward to further developing my skills and expertise in the coming years.

my name is Tim, and I’m 16 years old. My first interaction with TecAlliance was during an internship in 2022, where I got fascinating insights into the world of IT and programming. That experience sparked my interest and ultimately led me to choose TecAlliance for my apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development. 💻

One of the key reasons I decided to join TecAlliance is that my cousin works here and has always shared positive experiences about the company. Additionally, a family friend also works at TecAlliance and encouraged me to take this step.

In my free time, I enjoy bowling, playing table tennis, and working on programming projects. 🎳 🏓 I love diving into new challenges and continuously expanding my skills, both professionally and personally.

During my high school graduation, I realized that I was interested in IT, especially programming, which only grew stronger during my training.

That's why I decided to study applied computer science after my apprenticeship.💻
