Trainee Teams
During their training or studies our trainees work in independent trainee teams in addition to their tasks or projects. They take on responsibility and organize various topics of the life of a trainee in close consultation to each other. Here we want to introduce you to all trainee teams and their tasks.
Onboarding Team

As the Onboarding Team we make sure that our new trainees have an easy start in the company. Not only do we organize the various process days to familiarize our newbies with the processes of the company, but also with various activities such as the trainee excursion.
Recruiting Team

We, the Recruiting Team, organize various workshops and the school and trade fair visits. For this purpose, we review your applications, prepare the topics for the workshops and ensure that all internships run smoothly.
Social Media Team

We, the social media team, are responsible for scheduling posts on our social media channels, especially our trainee blog. Our goal is to keep you up to date and give you regular insights into the life of a trainee or student at TecAlliance.
Software & Systems Team

We are the Software and Systems Team. Our tasks include SharePoint management for file exchange and the development of tools for other trainee teams, such as a booking tool for workstations.
