Trainee Teams
During their training or studies our trainees work in independent trainee teams in addition to their tasks or projects. They take on responsibility and organize various topics of the life of a trainee in close consultation to each other. Here we want to introduce you to all trainee teams and their tasks.
StepIn-Team
We, the StepIn team, plan posts for our social media channels, especially the trainee blog, and take care of onboarding new trainees. This allows us to provide insights into life at TecAlliance and ensure a smooth start with joint activities such as the trainee outing.
Recruiting Team
We, the Recruiting Team, organize various workshops and the school and trade fair visits. For this purpose, we review your applications, prepare the topics for the workshops and ensure that all internships run smoothly.
Software & Systems Team
We are the Software and Systems Team. Our tasks include SharePoint management for file exchange and the development of tools for other trainee teams, such as a booking tool for workstations.
