Three days ago, Niklas and I returned from an exciting trip to Thailand, which took place as part of our current practical phase at the DHBW for TecAlliance. These three weeks were not only characterized by intensive work on our data project, but also by many new experiences and impressions that we gained during this time.
As students of applied computer science, this trip offered us the opportunity not only to deepen our technical skills, but also to gain valuable insights into international cooperation. Our task was to implement a data project that not only put our theoretical knowledge to the test, but also to create innovative solutions for TecAlliance.
Working with Matthias and his team proved invaluable to the success of our project. We are grateful for the professional support we received from them and for the openness with which they shared their knowledge and experience with us. Matthias Moritz, as the lead from Bangkok, proved to be not only a competent mentor but also a warm host who helped us to find our way in the foreign environment.
The hospitality and warmth with which the entire team welcomed us contributed significantly to a positive working environment. The cultural diversity we experienced during our work and leisure moments not only created a productive atmosphere, but also a basis for intercultural understanding and friendship.
These three weeks in Thailand were not only formative professionally, but also personally. Not only did they help us move the data project forward, but they also gave us a new perspective on the importance of teamwork and intercultural collaboration. We look back on this time with gratitude and a smile and are excited to see how these experiences will influence our future careers.
Special thanks to Matthias and the whole team in Bangkok – your support and warmth made this trip an unforgettable experience.
