In the past 2 1/2 days, we trainees and students have been deeply engaged with Design Thinking. We not only acquired theoretical knowledge but also conducted many practical exercises. It was particularly exciting to learn about the different roles of the Product Owner and Agile Master.
We tested our skills on many creative tasks and projects. For example, we developed innovative solutions for real problems in group work and then presented them to the group. A highlight was creating a prototype for a new app, where we could visualize our ideas and get direct feedback. In the process, we learned a lot not only about the Design Thinking process and problem-solving but also about teamwork and communication.
We are thrilled with how much we have learned in such a short time and are looking forward to the next steps and the challenges that await us in our future projects. The Design Thinking workshop not only taught us new methods and techniques but also fostered our creativity and collaboration.
