St. Bernhard School had asked us in advance to refrain from giving out promotional gifts so that the students could concentrate fully on the content. We therefore only distributed flyers.
Zhanna and Mariam represented TecAlliance at the fair on May 8th. Mariam reported afterwards that the general interest in IT was unfortunately rather low. Nevertheless, there were some interested students who were very happy about our workshop – for which you can register.
One particular topic of conversation was the statement that “IT is not the future – because of AI”. This feedback showed us that there is still a lot of education and understanding needed in this area.
In conversation with the students, we also talked about our everyday life at TecAlliance – about the dual study program, training opportunities, assignments abroad, personal experiences and what we particularly enjoy about our work.
The school took very good care of us – with plenty of food and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.
We are already looking forward to the next trade fair and to getting even more young people interested in TecAlliance and the IT sector.
