On May 16, I, Tim Tippl, took part in the training ambassador course at the Mittelstandszentrum in Bad Mergentheim. The training took place from 9 am to approx. 2:30 pm.
The aim was to prepare me for my role as a training ambassador – in other words, how I can bring my apprenticeship closer to pupils. Topics included: How do you speak in front of a class? What goes into a good presentation? And how do you get content across in an understandable way?
At the end, I was allowed to prepare and give a short presentation myself in a small group. The training was exciting and gave me lots of helpful tips that I can use in my future assignments.
