Hi, I’m Lau­ra and I’m stu­dy­ing Di­gi­tal Busi­ness Ma­nage­ment (DBM) in my first year. From 09.01.2025 to 11.01.2025 I had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to par­ti­ci­pa­te in the Goo­dyear Re­tail Sys­tems (GRS) in-house ex­hi­bi­ti­on in Düsseldorf.

Here I was able to gain my first va­luable ex­pe­ri­ence and talk di­rect­ly to po­ten­ti­al new cus­to­mers. For ex­am­p­le, I ex­plai­ned the ba­sic in­for­ma­ti­on about the Te­cR­MI Ser­vice­Book to them and used a live demo to ex­plain the in­di­vi­du­al steps. This in­cluded the ser­vice histo­ry, the ser­vice ent­ry and the ex­pl­ana­ti­on of the in­di­vi­du­al sym­bols. The po­ten­ti­al new cus­to­mers show­ed gre­at in­te­rest in our di­gi­tal Ser­vice­Book, which has num­e­rous ad­van­ta­ges. With our Ser­vice­Book, in­s­tead of the 18 fa­mi­li­ar ma­nu­fac­tu­rer plat­forms, you only have to use a sin­gle, cle­ar­ly or­ga­nis­ed in­ter­face, which also sa­ves a lot of time.

The­re was also a com­pe­ti­ti­on with a stamp card for the work­shops. All ex­hi­bi­tors re­cei­ved a stamp with an ink pad be­fo­re the start of the trade fair. I re­al­ly en­joy­ed my time at the trade fair and was also able to make va­luable cont­acts with col­le­agues and cus­to­mers out­side of the trade fair.
