Fri­day the 13^th is un­lu­cky? De­fi­ni­te­ly not in De­cem­ber 2024. Fri­day, De­cem­ber 13, 2024 was the day on which all gra­dua­tes of the Ba­den-Wuert­tem­berg Co­ope­ra­ti­ve Sta­te Uni­ver­si­ty (DHBW) Mos­bach at the Bad Mer­gen­theim cam­pus had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to ce­le­bra­te their gra­dua­ti­on fes­tively. In­clu­ding me. In the mor­ning, the stu­dents from the Fa­cul­ty of Busi­ness had their gra­dua­ti­on ce­rem­o­ny. At 1.30 pm, it was time for us gra­dua­tes from the Fa­cul­ty of Tech­no­lo­gy to ce­le­bra­te. The gra­dua­ti­on Ce­rem­o­ny star­ted with two clas­si­cal com­po­si­ti­ons per­for­med by the youth sym­pho­ny or­ches­tra of Bad Mer­gen­theim. We then lis­ten­ed to va­rious spee­ches, in­clu­ding tho­se from the cam­pus di­rec­tor, the rec­tor of DHBW Mos­bach and two fel­low stu­dents. Then the time had come: we re­cei­ved our Bachelor´s cer­ti­fi­ca­tes from the head of the de­gree pro­gram and th­rew our berets into the air in the tra­di­tio­nal man­ner. At the end of the gra­dua­ti­on ce­rem­o­ny, the or­ches­tra per­for­med two more com­po­si­ti­ons, this time well-known film mu­sic. Af­ter the gra­dua­ti­on ce­rem­o­ny, ever­yo­ne had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to chat at a glass of spar­k­ling wine. In the evening, the Bachelor´s Ball was held joint­ly for the Fa­cul­ty of Busi­ness and the Fa­cul­ty of Technology.
