On Fe­bru­ary 5 and 6, we had the plea­su­re of re­pre­sen­ting TecAlliance GmbH at the 2026 Training and Care­er Fair in Weikersheim.

On Thurs­day evening, the trai­nees Me­lis­sa Schmidt and Jan­nis Vol­kert were on site. On Fri­day, Me­lis­sa Schmidt and Tim Tippl ac­com­pa­nied the event. 

On both days, trai­ner Kers­tin Lang­ohr also sup­port­ed us as a cont­act person.

At our booth, we pre­sen­ted an on­boar­ding vi­deo, han­ded out goo­die bags and small pri­zes via our pri­ze wheel, and held num­e­rous con­ver­sa­ti­ons about app­ren­ti­ce­ships, dual stu­dy pro­grams, and in­tern­ship op­por­tu­ni­ties. We were espe­ci­al­ly plea­sed to see how many stu­dents al­re­a­dy knew our com­pa­ny and ap­proa­ched us with questions.

Thurs­day evening was ai­med at in­te­res­ted stu­dents and their par­ents, as well as adults loo­king for care­er gui­dance. On Fri­day, va­rious school clas­ses from se­con­da­ry schools, com­pre­hen­si­ve schools, and grammar schools vi­si­ted us. Many of the young at­ten­de­es al­re­a­dy show­ed clear in­te­rests and open­ness de­spi­te their age. 

A small high­light was a short in­ter­view with the Frän­ki­sche Nach­rich­ten, cap­tu­ring first im­pres­si­ons of the fair.

What made us par­ti­cu­lar­ly hap­py was how na­tu­ral­ly many vi­si­tors en­ga­ged in con­ver­sa­ti­on, shared their ques­ti­ons, and show­ed ge­nui­ne in­te­rest in training and stu­dy op­por­tu­ni­ties. The ex­ch­an­ge with neigh­bor­ing com­pa­nies and the well-or­ga­ni­zed event also con­tri­bu­ted to two suc­cessful days at the fair.
