Career Information Day Würzburg

On March 21, 2026, the three trainees – Alexander Pfeil, Janik Schmat, and Melissa Schmidt – together with trainer Christian Krause, represented TecAlliance at the BIT career information day at the tectake Arena in Würzburg.

The event is one of the largest career orientation fairs in the region and provided us with a great opportunity to engage with various groups of interested visitors and inform them about training and study opportunities at TecAlliance. Throughout the day, visitors continuously came to our booth, allowing us to have many conversations.

We presented the various apprenticeships, dual study programs, and internship opportunities, and distributed informational materials. In addition, we brought a prize wheel as well as various giveaways such as T‑shirts, bags, and pens to offer visitors a small token of appreciation.

In addition, during our conversations, we informed visitors about Girls’ Day on April 23, 2026.

The conversations were diverse, ranging from students and their parents to prospective students and job seekers. It was especially positive that our offerings were well received despite the approximately 40-kilometer distance to Würzburg, and that many visitors showed interest. Overall, the career information day was very well organized, and it was great to be part of this event.

We look back on the fair positively. The day provided us with valuable insights into the expectations of potential applicants and gave us the opportunity to present TecAlliance as a training and study partner. We are looking forward to participating in more fairs in the future!
