Last weekend, we represented TecAlliance at the training fair in Lauda-Königshofen. On Friday, Ioanna Theofilou and Zhanna Lialko, together with their supervisor Marco Seubert, managed the booth, while on Saturday Alexander Pfeil and I were on site along with our supervisor Kerstin Langohr.
On both days, we spoke with various visitors—primarily students on Friday, and a more mixed group on Saturday. The conversations mainly focused on our training and study programs, the structure of the dual study system, and technical training paths. We were also able to share personal insights from our own daily work, showing how theory and practice come together at TecAlliance.
Overall, the fair provided a great opportunity to present our entry-level opportunities and give interested visitors an authentic impression of TecAlliance. Even though the overall atmosphere was rather relaxed, we had several valuable conversations and were able to present our company as an attractive entry point into the IT world.
We are already looking forward to the next events and to inspiring more young people to join TecAlliance!
