Last weekend, we re­pre­sen­ted TecAlliance at the training fair in Lau­da-Kö­nigs­ho­fen. On Fri­day, Io­an­na Theo­fi­lou and Zhan­na Li­al­ko, tog­e­ther with their su­per­vi­sor Mar­co Seu­bert, ma­na­ged the booth, while on Sa­tur­day Alex­an­der Pfeil and I were on site along with our su­per­vi­sor Kers­tin Langohr.

On both days, we spo­ke with va­rious visitors—primarily stu­dents on Fri­day, and a more mi­xed group on Sa­tur­day. The con­ver­sa­ti­ons main­ly fo­cu­sed on our training and stu­dy pro­grams, the struc­tu­re of the dual stu­dy sys­tem, and tech­ni­cal training paths. We were also able to share per­so­nal in­sights from our own dai­ly work, show­ing how theo­ry and prac­ti­ce come tog­e­ther at TecAlliance.

Over­all, the fair pro­vi­ded a gre­at op­por­tu­ni­ty to pre­sent our ent­ry-le­vel op­por­tu­ni­ties and give in­te­res­ted vi­si­tors an au­then­tic im­pres­si­on of TecAlliance. Even though the over­all at­mo­sphe­re was ra­ther re­la­xed, we had se­ve­ral va­luable con­ver­sa­ti­ons and were able to pre­sent our com­pa­ny as an at­trac­ti­ve ent­ry point into the IT world.
