On July 3, Hag­ji Be­ci­ri and Ka­tha­ri­na Dräxl, both stu­dents at TecAlliance, were guests at the Nie­der­stet­ten training cen­ter to pre­sent the pro­fes­si­on of ap­pli­ca­ti­on IT specialist.

In our pre­sen­ta­ti­on, we not only gave ex­ci­ting in­sights into ever­y­day working life and training at TecAlliance, but also tal­ked about the va­lues that are par­ti­cu­lar­ly im­portant to us: Team­work, fle­xi­bi­li­ty and open co­ope­ra­ti­on among the trainees.

We were par­ti­cu­lar­ly plea­sed with the di­rect and in­qui­si­ti­ve ex­ch­an­ge with the stu­dents from the 9th gra­de of se­con­da­ry school. It was in­spi­ring to see the ide­as, ques­ti­ons and vi­si­ons with which the spe­cia­lists of to­mor­row ap­proach their pro­fes­sio­nal fu­ture. This is exact­ly whe­re we want to start – with au­then­tic in­sights that sup­port care­er ori­en­ta­ti­on and help them make in­for­med decisions. 🌟
