Here we want to high­light the im­portance of young wo­men pur­suing care­ers in Sci­ence, Tech­no­lo­gy, En­gi­nee­ring and Mathematics.
TecAlliance is one of the most in­flu­en­ti­al com­pa­nies in the au­to­mo­ti­ve (af­ter­mar­ket) in­dus­try and co­vers a broad band­wi­th of to­pics re­gar­ding IT- as well as automotive-technology.
Even to­day, the in­dus­try is not equal­ly re­pre­sen­ted by wo­men and men. Tech­ni­cal jobs in par­ti­cu­lar are more of­ten per­for­med by male than fe­ma­le in­di­vi­du­als. Thank­ful­ly a lot of girls have cho­sen a care­er path in this in­dus­try by com­ple­ting a Training at TecAlliance!
