This year’s trai­nee ex­cur­si­on was once again fil­led with gre­at ac­ti­vi­ties that pro­vi­ded an op­por­tu­ni­ty to get to know each other and spend some free time tog­e­ther out­side of the work environment.

The day be­gan at the com­pa­ny buil­ding in Wei­kers­heim, whe­re we first sett­led in comfortably.Before con­ti­nuing by bus to Würz­burg, a get-to-know-you bin­go was used to ligh­ten the mood and pro­mo­te group dynamics.

Af­ter­wards, we set off as a group by bus to Würz­burg. The­re, two main ac­ti­vi­ties were on the agen­da: la­ser tag and Es­cape Room. Both ac­ti­vi­ties were very po­pu­lar and gave us the op­por­tu­ni­ty to pro­ve our team skills.

Af­ter the ex­ci­ting ac­ti­vi­ties, we had a short lunch break to for­ti­fy our­sel­ves with sand­wi­ches and va­rious drinks. This was fol­lo­wed by a city ral­ly in Würz­burg, whe­re we had to sol­ve va­rious tasks around Würz­burg city cent­re in groups in or­der to coll­ect points. The group with the most points re­cei­ved a cer­ti­fi­ca­te and sweets as a re­ward at the end.

The ex­cur­si­on en­ded with the re­turn trip to Wei­kers­heim, whe­re we had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to ex­ch­an­ge ide­as at a cosy bar­be­cue and let the day come to an end.

All in all, the ex­cur­si­on was a good op­por­tu­ni­ty to get to know each other bet­ter and to have fun tog­e­ther. The ac­ti­vi­ties pro­mo­ted team­work and gave us the op­por­tu­ni­ty to re­lax out­side the work environment.
