On April 19, 2023, Robin, Marcello, Jonas and I (Johannes) successfully took part in a training course to become a training ambassador. The training took place at the Fabi training association in Lauda.
The day began at 9 a.m. with a friendly welcome round, where the participants introduced themselves with their companies, training and expectations of the training. We spent the rest of the morning learning how to give and receive feedback properly, how to authentically present what it means to start dual training and reflect on what the training has been like so far. In the afternoon we then had the chance to put what we had learned into practice and after some preparation time we were able to present our training, the company and our own experiences in the training to the other participants and received constructive feedback.
This training has prepared us well for future assignments as training ambassadors at schools and we look forward to the opportunity to give tomorrow’s trainees a good insight into the training to become an IT specialist for application development.
