On the 1st of Sep­tem­ber 2021, the start­ing si­gnal was gi­ven for the new trai­nees and stu­dents at TecAlliance. Af­ter the in­ter­view for most of us took place on­line, we were very ex­ci­ted to meet the trai­ners and the com­pa­ny in person.

With ex­ci­ting team games, we were able to be­co­me more fa­mi­li­ar with each other and make first contacts.

We gai­ned a deeper in­sight into TecAlliance and its de­part­ments du­ring va­rious work­shops around the com­pa­ny building.

Agi­le working me­thods such as SCRUM and Kan­ban were ex­plai­ned to us in de­tail and il­lus­tra­ted th­rough in­ter­ac­ti­ve games. In ad­di­ti­on, we thought about exis­ting pro­blems du­ring the de­sign thin­king pro­cess and de­ve­lo­ped our own so­lu­ti­on pro­po­sals with pro­to­ty­pes. Gre­at ide­as emer­ged here.

The in­tro­duc­to­ry week was crow­ned with the trai­nee excursion.
