For the 8th time in a row: Award as one of Ger­many’s best trainers

We are de­ligh­ted to have once again been re­co­gni­zed as one of the best trai­ners in Ger­ma­ny! The stu­dy “Ger­many’s best trai­ners” by Ca­pi­tal ma­ga­zi­ne eva­lua­ted over 500 com­pa­nies – we re­cei­ved 5 out of 5 stars in both the training and dual stu­dy categories.

Kers­tin Lang­ohr, Head of Vo­ca­tio­nal Training, on the se­cret of suc­cess: “Our suc­cess is ba­sed on team­work, a fu­ture-ori­en­ted training con­cept and de­di­ca­ted trai­ners. We of­fer more than the stan­dard – tail­or-made training cour­ses that are ge­ared towards the needs of our trai­nees and the com­pa­ny. This is re­flec­ted in the abo­ve-avera­ge re­sults and the high re­ten­ti­on rate: six out of eight gra­dua­tes are now per­ma­nent­ly em­ploy­ed by us.”

About the stu­dy: 501 com­pa­nies – from DAX-lis­ted cor­po­ra­ti­ons to craft busi­nesses – were eva­lua­ted ac­cor­ding to five cri­te­ria: Su­per­vi­si­on, lear­ning me­thods, training mar­ke­ting, in­no­va­ti­on and care­er opportunities.
