Today, almost eight years ago, I decided to move from the workshop to the office of TecAlliance. In the beginning, I was responsible for researching standard working times for vehicles of all well-known manufacturers. Over time, I started recording spare parts before taking care of electronic components and vehicle diagnostics. During this time I got to know a lot about data structures, which is very beneficial for me in my current role. But more about that later…
In 2015, I wanted to develop further and took the opportunity to study part-time in cooperation with DHBW Mosbach in Bad Mergentheim. In the study course Industrial Engineering – International Technical Sales Management – I was well prepared for my current job in sales.
For almost a year now, I have been working as a Sales Specialist mainly for international customers, supporting them in optimizing their business processes with the help of TecAlliance solutions and thus helping them to achieve greater success in the long term.
Continuous learning and personal development are a must here in order both to master one’s own product portfolio and to understand the customer’s tasks. TecAlliance has always supported and promoted me throughout my time with the company, and I am very grateful for this. This greatly facilitates my day-to-day business and I can now offer our customers the service they deserve.
