Sales Specialists
Almost eight years ago today, I decided to switch from the workshop to the office at TecAlliance. Initially, I was responsible for researching working times for vehicles from all known manufacturers. Over time, I also recorded spare parts before taking care of electronic components and diagnostic values for the vehicles. During this time, I learned a lot about data structures, which is very useful in my current role. But more on that later…
In 2015, I wanted to develop further and took the opportunity to complete a part-time degree in cooperation with the DHBW Mosbach in Bad Mergentheim. The Industrial Engineering and Management – International Technical Sales Management course prepared me perfectly for my current job in sales.
For almost a year now, I have been working as a Sales Specialist, mainly with international customers, helping them to optimize their business processes with the help of TecAlliance solutions, thereby helping them to achieve greater success in the long term.
Continuous learning and personal development are a must here, both to master your own product portfolio and to understand the customers’ tasks. TecAlliance has always supported and encouraged me in this throughout my time at the company, for which I am very grateful. This makes my day-to-day work much easier and I can now offer our customers the service they deserve.
