Ba­che­lor the­sis in Grafenrheinfeld

Hel­lo, my name is Jan-Luka. I am stu­dy­ing Busi­ness In­for­ma­tics with a spe­cia­liza­ti­on in Sa­les & Con­sul­ting in the 6th semester.

Curr­ent­ly I am in my last prac­ti­cal pha­se and I am wri­ting my ba­che­lor the­sis at the Gra­fen­rhein­feld lo­ca­ti­on with the to­pic “De­sign of a pos­si­ble mes­sa­ge for­mat for the or­der plat­form Or­der Manager”.

In ad­di­ti­on, I have the op­por­tu­ni­ty to have a look over the should­ers of col­le­agues on site du­ring their dai­ly work and to par­ti­ci­pa­te in cus­to­mer mee­tings, for ex­am­p­le. I also have the op­por­tu­ni­ty to at­tend in­ter­nal mee­tings on the fur­ther de­ve­lo­p­ment of TecAlliance so­lu­ti­ons in the SAP environment.

The em­ployees at this lo­ca­ti­on are part of the Con­sul­ting & Im­ple­men­ta­ti­on team, which in­te­gra­tes our Or­der Ma­na­ger plat­form at the cus­to­mer’s site into exis­ting SAP sys­tems and is available to ad­vi­se customers.

The goal of the soft­ware so­lu­ti­on Or­der Ma­na­ger is to au­to­ma­te pro­ces­ses, main­ly the in­quiry and or­de­ring pro­cess, at the in­ter­face bet­ween spa­re parts ma­nu­fac­tu­r­ers and who­le­sa­lers in the in­de­pen­dent au­to­mo­ti­ve aftermarket.

The new, pos­si­ble mes­sa­ge for­mat, which should be the re­sult of the ba­che­lor the­sis, the­r­e­fo­re has the over­all goal to sup­port the exis­ting pro­ces­ses even bet­ter and to fur­ther enhan­ce the au­to­ma­ti­on by ad­ap­ting the mes­sa­ge for­mat to ch­an­ged needs of the market.

In our free time, sin­ce we are only 5 em­ployees in to­tal at the Gra­fen­rhein­feld site, we so­me­ti­mes take a bar­be­cue tog­e­ther or a boat trip in­clu­ding wa­ter ski­ing on the Main ri­ver to streng­then our team spirit ?
