I re­cent­ly had the in­cre­di­ble op­por­tu­ni­ty to vi­sit our Viet­na­me­se lo­ca­ti­on and col­la­bo­ra­te with my col­le­agues at TecAlliance Viet­nam for th­ree weeks. This jour­ney was not just a pro­fes­sio­nal milestone—it was a deep­ly en­ri­ching per­so­nal ex­pe­ri­ence fil­led with unfor­gettable memories.

Du­ring my time with the Tec­Com Team, I had the chan­ce to con­nect with col­le­agues on a per­so­nal le­vel. Af­ter work, we ex­plo­red the vi­brant city of Ho Chi Minh City tog­e­ther, en­joy­ed au­then­tic Viet­na­me­se cui­sine, and even shared a Le­ba­ne­se din­ner, ex­chan­ging sto­ries and lear­ning about our di­ver­se cultures. 

A high­light of my trip was ce­le­bra­ting the ex­pan­si­on of TecAlliance Viet­nam’s Workspace. From day one, my col­le­agues wel­co­med me with warmth and kind­ness, ma­king me feel in­stant­ly at home. And as luck would have it, I joi­n­ed just in time for the end-of-year team trip—a fan­ta­stic ex­pe­ri­ence that I’ll che­rish forever!

Thanks to a fle­xi­ble sche­du­le, I also had the chan­ce to im­mer­se mys­elf in the cul­tu­re and histo­ry of Viet­nam. This trip wasn’t just about work; it was about growth. Be­ing in a com­ple­te­ly new en­vi­ron­ment chal­len­ged me to step out of my com­fort zone, ad­apt to new per­spec­ti­ves, and em­brace the uni­que­ness of every culture. 

I’m gra­teful for this in­cre­di­ble ex­pe­ri­ence, which has in­spi­red me to ap­proach chal­lenges with an open mind and a re­ne­wed app­re­cia­ti­on for col­la­bo­ra­ti­on across cultures.
