On July 17, we were re­pre­sen­ted at the training fair in Bad Mer­gen­theim to pre­sent our com­pa­ny and our training and stu­dy op­por­tu­ni­ties. The event gave stu­dents and their par­ents the op­por­tu­ni­ty to in­form them­sel­ves about va­rious care­er pro­s­pects in the region.

Even though the over­all num­ber of vi­si­tors un­fort­u­na­te­ly fell short of ex­pec­ta­ti­ons, we were able to wel­co­me some in­te­res­ted young peo­p­le to our stand. In per­so­nal dis­cus­sions, we pro­vi­ded in­for­ma­ti­on about our app­ren­ti­ce­ships and dual stu­dy pro­grams and gave an in­sight into the work at TecAlliance. In­for­ma­ti­on about our work­shops, which re­gu­lar­ly take place du­ring the school va­ca­ti­ons and give young peo­p­le a prac­ti­cal in­sight into the world of IT and work, was par­ti­cu­lar­ly po­pu­lar.
