Yesterday, we four students Jana, Berna, Yannik and I visited our company location in Schweinfurt. On site, Daniel and his colleague Madeleine told us what their colleagues were doing at the location and presented the Order Manager to us.
The Order Manager is an independent aftermarket ordering platform that enables suppliers and buyers to process orders via a standardized platform. What is special is that the portal can be integrated into the customer’s existing systems on site, regardless of the data format, as the platform may convert the data accordingly.
In the afternoon, a live demo gave us an impression of how the Order Manager can be integrated into an ERP system at the supplier’s and customer’s site.
