On September 3, the TecAlliance trainees went on a trip to Nuremberg together. The focus of the day was an exciting city rally, which was designed not only to explore the city but also to strengthen team spirit.
Divided into different groups and equipped with a suitcase and an iPad, the trainees set off through Nuremberg’s city center. At various stations, they were faced with a wide range of challenges that required attentiveness, logical thinking, and creativity. In addition to tricky puzzles, the teams also had to answer questions about Nuremberg’s landmarks and history. Successfully completing the challenges required, above all, good teamwork and the ability to develop solutions together.
After the city rally, everyone returned to TecAlliance, where the day continued with a relaxed barbecue. In a laid-back atmosphere, the trainees had the opportunity to exchange ideas and reflect on the day’s experiences.
The trainee excursion therefore successfully combined shared experiences, team building, and creative collaboration. Overall, the day provided a varied opportunity to get to know colleagues better outside of the usual work environment and to strengthen the sense of togetherness within the group.
