I am studying International Business – Sales and Marketing at DHBW Mosbach in Bad Mergentheim. Currently, I am working in the Consulting and Implementation (C&I) department. C&I consults the customers regarding the TecAlliance solutions. They evaluate which solution fits the customer’s company the most and the C&I employees deal with the customers’ individual wishes and requirements.
On Thursday, I went with the C&I – department to the SAP Expert Group in Frankfurt. In this meeting, not only the C&I and sales employees of TecAlliance take part but also our customers. During this event, the customers get to know the products better and the customers have the opportunity to ask questions and give some remarks or wishes regarding the products. During the various speeches, the customers started to discuss the products with each other. But they also gave each other hints on how to use the products the most efficient and the various product features.
With the aid of this meeting, TecAlliance can respond directly to the customers’ wishes and requirements. Therefore, the TecAlliance can adapt its products according to the customers. Furthermore, TecAlliance can establish strong relationships to its customers.
We did not only discuss the whole day but we also had a lunch together and several coffee breaks with snacks.
For me, it was very interesting to get to know some contact persons of our customers. But the most interesting was to hear from the customers what they think about our products and how they like them.
In the evening, we drove back to Ismaning after a successful day.
