Practical phase in Marketing

Hello everybody, my name is Larissa and I am studying International Business-Industrial Sales & Marketing at the DHBW Mosbach in Bad Mergentheim. I am currently in my third and final year of studies. This means that in the next practical phase I will start writing my bachelor thesis.

But before I start, I spent a practical phase in marketing in Cologne. There, I received a lot of insight into different tasks: By entering meta data on the website, I was able to gain a rough overview of how to use Word Press. I also wrote a press release and adapted documents to the TecAlliance design. The most fun for me was the support during the trade fair planning. In this field I had to create checklists for trade fair material and then prepare it for the trade fairs. I also had to create the name tags for my sales colleagues and obtain offers for trade fair roll-ups, company shirts and much more. Apart from that, I was able to give free rein to my creativity by providing ideas for the design of the new trade fair trainee roll-ups and the TecAlliance pads.

All in all, the practical phase in marketing was very varied and I really enjoyed it!
