Seit 5 Monaten mache ich eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung. Seitdem eignen wir uns eigenständig im Lernbüro neue Kenntnisse an verschiedenen Projekten an. In Abständen von wenigen Wochen kommen unterschiedliche Ausbilder zu uns, die uns bei Problemen zur Seite stehen. Die großartigen Kollegen sowie die angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre machen die TecAlliance von Anfang an zu einem guten Ort zum Lernen.
Nachdem ich feststellte, dass ich mein Jurastudium nicht das richtige für mich war, habe ich mich nach einem anderen Studium umgesehen. Wichtig waren mir viel Feedback und Praxisnähe. Außerdem stand fest, dass es in Richtung Informatik gehen sollte. Dabei bin ich auf die TecAlliance gestoßen und ihr Konzept hat mich überzeugt. Dieses Gefühl hat sich in meiner zeit hier nur bestätigt.
Hier habe ich schon vieles Lernen können und konnte an anspruchsvollen Aufgaben wachsen. Besonders gefällt mir die Möglichkeit das gelernte im Studium direkt in der Firma anzuwenden und weiterhin, dass ich während meiner Praxisphasen sehr viele wertvolle Einblicke in den Arbeitsalltag bekommen konnte. Jeder ist hier offen und freundlich und bereit aufkommende Fragen zu beantworten. Weiterhin unterstützt die TecAlliance uns auch in unserer Weiterentwicklung durch Workshops sei es zum Feedbackgeben oder in der Ausbildung zum Ausbilder.
Während meines Fachabis habe ich von der Möglichkeit des Dualen Studium erfahren. Nach kurzer Recherche nach einem passenden Studiengang bin ich bei der TecAlliance auf Digital Business Management aufmerksam geworden. Durch das ausgiebige Onboarding habe ich schnell alles kennengelernt und wurde sehr gut aufgenommen. Bei der TecAlliance gefällt mir vor allem die nette Atmosphäre und dass ich schnell schon bei Projekten mitarbeiten durfte.
I have been studying Digital Business Management at TecAlliance since October 2020. I have just completed my theory phase at the DHBW and am currently working on a project in my practical phase. As students at TecAlliance, we are given responsible tasks and can contribute our own ideas to our trainee teams, for example. That is one of the advantages of training at TecAlliance.
After completing my training as a paralegal, I was looking for a new professional challenge and found what I was looking for at TecAlliance and the dual course of study “Digital Business Management”. Here, business processes are combined with IT-related basic knowledge. The extensive onboarding – combined with a trainee excursion – allowed me to get to know the company and my new colleagues very well. The best thing about studying at TecAlliance, apart from the independent work and the extensive support in case of problems, is the pleasant working atmosphere, whereby many colleagues become friends in a short time. I can therefore only recommend the dual study program at TecAlliance to everyone.
Although I have only been a part of TecAlliance since September 2020, I already realize that it was the right decision. First, compared to my former classmates who chose a standard course of study, it is easier for me to acquire and later apply new knowledge thanks to nice instructors and helpful lecturers. Second, compared to my fellow students from other dual partners, it is easier for me to ask colleagues questions or engage in dialogue despite the language barrier. TecAlliance supports me in my self-development!
When I started at TecAlliance, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. However, I quickly realized that not only is there a very familiar atmosphere, but everyone is really willing to help you. For example, colleagues I worked with were willing to spend hours explaining to me exactly what they were doing. So that I could successfully carry out my work assignment. I talked to colleagues from the Netherlands and was involved in the work process. So I was included in the action and did not have to “get coffee”.
All in all, I have settled in well and am looking forward to the rest of my studies!
When I started my apprenticeship here at TecAlliance 4 months ago, I was pretty worried about keeping up with the others and if I could learn fast enough. But after a few days into the unknown. I was stunned by the patients, kindness, and passion of the Instructors. It was really easy to fell as a part of the team. Days went by and I learned more and more. I already worked on some personal projects on my own, but never alone.
Doing an apprenticeship as an IT-Specialist/ Application Development at TecAlliance is the best decision I’ve ever made. My curiosity in this area grows more and more every day. The good part is that there’re just so many things to learn and to experience a complete different way of thinking. Working independently is one of my favorite part and helps me to get a better understanding of development by forcing me to go through some intensethinking processes. No matter what quastions we have, our trainers show us the best ways and recommendations to get the solution.
In my first four months of my apprenticeship at TecAlliance, it was pretty easy for me to integrate into the company. The good working atmosphere and the “One-Team”-value quickly made me feel very comfortable. During this time I was able to work independently in many small Trainee projects. With the help of the instructors who are there for us every time we have a question, it was easier to improve my knowledge.
During my three-year training as an IT specialist for application development, I worked in various areas and thus gained a very good insight into the company.
Since I had little to do with computers and programming before the apprenticeship, it was a big step for me to get to know it all. What I like best about my apprenticeship is that you never stop learning and can learn something new every day.
Since I’ve started the apprenticeship at TecAlliance, I’ve immediately noticed the great work atmosphere between my co-workers and how important the employees, students and apprentices for the Company are.
I’m glad to be part of this great team and look forward to being part of it in the years to come.
In the first semester of my marketing studies, I quickly realized that I was missing the practical relevance and the challenge. At TecAlliance, I have the opportunity to apply my theoretical knowledge directly in practice. I especially like the mix of IT and business content in my dual studies. For me, TecAlliance is characterized by a family atmosphere and independent work. Trainees and dual students work independently on projects right from the start and can actively contribute to teams.
Before I started here at TecAlliance, I trained as a chef and then went to Switzerland to continue working as a patissier in a star restaurant. After six years in Switzerland, I decided to catch up on my secondary school diploma and my technical college certificate and then decided to start a new apprenticeship as an IT specialist. This profession has always interested me very much and in the future this area will become increasingly important. I have now been in training at TecAlliance GmbH since September 2018. The decision to go to TecAlliance was very easy: The first impression of the job interview already convinced me of the great working atmosphere and the full commitment of the employees. So far I could gain experience in programming with C# and Typescript, as well as in the area of QA, especially automated testing.
