Matthias in Marketing

On the 17th and 18th of July I was able to look at our marketing department. After a friendly greeting, the marketing team asked me what I would like to see. As clarified what was important to me it was synonymous already started. I got a brief overview of the tasks involved in marketing. Of course, it didn’t stay at the theory there were some exciting tasks that I did with the employees. So we adapted the career side of our company. This was very interesting because we used the same “Content Management System” for our blog and I always wanted to look behind the TecAlliance website. Another task of marketing is the creation and dispatch of the various TecAlliance newsletters. Here I was able to support the team in which I created a statistics about the send and open rate and put the Italian and Spanish translation into the new DMM (Data Management Module) Newsletters. Another task is the visual design of our company brochure. Since we are an international company, the brochure is available in some languages. From time to time new languages are added. Now the brochure is aviable in Russian. Since the formatting after the translation was no longer optimal, it was now adjusted by us so that the printing can take place. In order to be present in the digital world as well, Post is posted regularly around the TecAlliance in all social media platforms. An infographic has been posted on the Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+ pages under hashtag #insideTecAlliance. Even if it is not always noticeable marketing is represented everywhere. The Vocational Training Team also regularly cooperates with marketing. To make this work even better, I should think about how we can improve the process of material ordering. Since we travel a lot on fairs and in schools, we always need enough material that we can distribute. In order to avoid bottlenecks, it is important to order new materials in good time. For this process I have a process sequence and a table calculated by the event date when to be ordered at the latest to marketing. As the last task, I was allowed to rape a few ideas for possible prizes for a raffle.

I had two very interesting days at marketing and would like to thank the whole team again. In this sense “ONE TEAMONE TECALLIANCE”.
