Inside TecAlliance: My first Weeks with TecAlliance

In my first few weeks at TecAlliance, I already had the opportunity to gain many new impressions and get to know different areas of work. In addition to starting at the Weikersheim location, this also included a trip to Grafenrheinfeld and participating in a meeting in Munich.

My daily work is very diverse and a lot of fun. As an IT trainee, I support a wide variety of tasks, work on smaller projects, and help solve technical problems. What I particularly like is that I have been actively involved from the very beginning and can learn a lot — both professionally and in my interactions with colleagues.

In Grafenrheinfeld, the focus was mainly on practical IT work. Among other things, we replaced monitors and technically upgraded workstations. This allowed me to gain valuable experience working with hardware and to see how important well-functioning IT workstations are for smooth day-to-day operations.

Another highlight was the meeting in Munich, which focused more on IT topics and current projects. For me, it was especially exciting to see how many systems are used and how different systems work together. The personal exchange and open discussions helped me better understand the connections and gain a deeper insight into TecAlliance’s IT structures.

Overall, my first weeks at TecAlliance have been very exciting and educational. I look forward to continuing to build on the experiences I have gained and to further pursuing my path in the IT field at TecAlliance.
