Fabian

With the completion of the oral examination in July 2018, my employment as a trainee at TecAlliance ended. I was able to get to know all our training locations, many colleagues whom I otherwise only knew from the telephone and the associated cities of Cologne and Munich.

Even before the end of my apprenticeship, I was offered the opportunity to join my preferred team. Now it was about integrating me into my new team, which is located in Weikersheim, Germany. Since I worked there as an apprentice for a very long time, I had no problems in this respect, since everyone already knew me relatively well and vice versa, but now as a direct colleague and no longer as an apprentice.

My area of responsibility hasn’t changed very much since my traineeship. The daily business still has to be fulfilled. In my case, for example, solving user problems, managing user rights or wiring the network infrastructure. What has now been added, however, are the larger own projects, such as the implementation of new systems in the company, which should increase the internal effectiveness.

What I have in mind for 2019 are further education. These are also supported and made possible here. The courses will be conducted by professional service providers such as ExperTeach.
