I star­ted at TecAlliance in Sep­tem­ber 2016 my app­ren­ti­ce­ship as an IT specialist(specializing in ap­pli­ca­ti­on development).

Du­ring my time as a Trai­nee I ro­ta­ted th­rough the dif­fe­rent IT de­part­ments in the of­fice in Wei­kers­heim. The­re I had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to get to know the dif­fe­rent spe­cia­liza­ti­ons in IT (Front­end De­ve­lo­p­ment, Ba­ckend De­ve­lo­p­ment, De­vOps, QA, AQA, Sysadmin).

In my last year of training I ro­ta­ted in the Data Cap­tu­re team(now part of IM Tools) whe­re I did my fi­nal pro­ject. The team is re­spon­si­ble to de­ve­lop tools for the in­ter­nal col­le­agues to cap­tu­re data. I lik­ed that fact a lot be­cau­se you have the op­ti­on to speak to the users of the de­ve­lo­ped soft­ware di­rect­ly next doors.

Af­ter I fi­nis­hed my training suc­cessful­ly in Sep­tem­ber of 2019 I was ta­ken over by the team and star­ted with my own pro­ject to crea­te plug­ins for the Ti­cket ma­na­ger of the Hot­line team.

At the be­gin­ning of 2020 I joi­n­ed the Data Pro­ces­sing team of IM Tools whe­re I had the chan­ce to work with an In­ter­na­tio­nal team and with a com­ple­te new tech­no­lo­gy stack(Cloud, Big Data). Thanks to hel­pful col­le­agues it was easy to ad­apt to the new en­vi­ron­ment and the new technology.

In 2020 I star­ted with my fur­ther training as an IT Ope­ra­ti­ve Professional(specializing as IT Sys­tem Ma­na­ger). This is a 2 year edu­ca­ti­on that can be done in par­al­lel to the nor­mal job in the evening
