On July 20, the first pa­rent vi­sit of TecAlliance took place in Wei­kers­heim. It star­ted ear­ly at 8 a.m. with a short pre­sen­ta­ti­on about the or­ga­niz­a­ti­on and ac­ti­vi­ties of the com­pa­ny, which was held by the trai­ner Si­mon. From the very be­gin­ning, the guest was warm­ly wel­co­med by him. Af­ter Berna’s mo­ther re­cei­ved in­for­ma­ti­on about how TecAlliance works and what the company’s va­lues are, Si­mon ac­com­pa­nied her on a quick tour of the com­pa­ny. She had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to vi­sit all de­part­ments and learn more about their main tasks di­rect­ly from the employees.

Ray­me an­noun­ced that she lik­ed it very much that the open com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on in the com­pa­ny is being ac­tively sup­por­ted. At the end of the vi­sit, she ex­pres­sed her gra­ti­tu­de and was very hap­py that TecAlliance thought not only  about the stu­dents, but also about their par­ents du­ring this im­portant step of their lives.

It was fi­nal­ly de­ci­ded that this vi­sit should not be seen as a one-off event.
