Sales Services Representative
My name is Mark Olaf Hoffmann, in short simply Mark and I have been working for TecAlliance since April 2017. First temporarily and since 01.01.2018 in permanent employment.
I am based in Cologne. Here I work as Sales Services Representative – for the region D‑A-CH – in the BU Trade. In Sales Services we are the interface between field service, customer and internal departments, such as Customer Support, Solution Management, PSI (Presales and Implementation), etc..
I would describe my professional career as typically ‘classic’. After completing my vocational
training as an office administrator, I then committed myself as a regular soldier for 8 years in the
Bundeswehr, the German Air Force. Already during my service time I could enjoy a specialized
training as a state-certified business economist, which enabled me at the same time the trainer
suitability examination (AdA certificate).
I then worked for various companies and divisions until I joined the TecAlliance.
Besides and especially after work, I allow myself to have a private life. Here I often have to deal with
an 8‑year-old daughter who plans and organizes a large part of our leisure activities. Starting with
visits to playgrounds, cycling, hiking, swimming and cinema. Everything is kept very diverse and never
