Ba­sic Cer­ti­fi­ca­te in Pro­ject Management

Our dual stu­dents of in­dus­tri­al en­gi­nee­ring have every year the pos­si­bi­li­ty to make a cer­ti­fi­ca­te in pro­ject ma­nage­ment. Du­ring the third se­mes­ter in No­vem­ber, wro­te Mar­cel and Mar­cin this exam with po­si­ti­ve effect.

Coope­ra­ti­on bet­ween DHBW Mos­bach (Ba­den-Würt­tem­berg Coope­ra­ti­ve Sta­te Uni­ver­si­ty Mosbach)
and PM-ZERT (cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on cen­ter of Ger­man As­so­cia­ti­on for Pro­ject Ma­nage­ment) give the pos­si­bi­li­ty to ac­qui­re ne­cessa­ry know­ledge and wri­te this exam at the Uni­ver­si­ty. In ad­di­ti­on to ob­li­ga­to­ry lec­tures, stu­dents in­te­res­ted in ma­king this cer­ti­fi­ca­te get an eBook from GPM (Ger­man As­so­cia­ti­on for Pro­ject Ma­nage­ment) with ex­tra to­pics. They have to learn for this exam main­ly at home. Our pro­fes­sors try to do GPM-sub­jects at their lec­tures as much as pos­si­ble, but it still stay a lot to do at home.

This ba­sic cer­ti­fi­ca­te at­test that the per­son un­der­stand fun­da­men­tal to­pics of pro­ject ma­nage­ment and is in­ter­na­tio­nal­ly re­co­gni­zed. That is a per­fect way to ac­qui­re first skills in pro­ject ma­nage­ment for stu­dents that would like to work as pro­ject lea­ders in the fu­ture or for team mem­bers that would like to know more about pro­ces­ses and tech­ni­ques in management.

Ex­ami­na­ti­on re­qui­re­ments: 1500h of pro­ject-team work or 24 time hours or 36 les­sons about pro­ject management.
