Baden-Württemberg scholarship

Hello, everybody,

I would like to inform everyone who is interested in a semester abroad in the theory phase about the Baden-Württemberg scholarship.
Every year the DHBW has the possibility to award the scholarship to students who are doing a semester abroad in the theory phase. I have also applied for the scholarship and received a confirmation. 🙂

How does the application process work? You will receive an e‑mail with information from the DHBW International Office. This e‑mail also contained a certain grade average that you must have. At this point, however, I can tell you to apply even if you are a little worse than the prescribed average! (Also worked for me  🙂 ).
Then you have to upload a CV and an application on the portal of the BW foundation and wait.

What do you get from the scholarship?
On the one hand you will receive a financial support of 500 € per month (not more than 1.500 € in total) for your semester abroad. However, you will also get access to a network of the BW Foundation and can participate in events. Therefore you are obliged to write a field report.

Altogether a great thing, so if you want to do a semester abroad, just apply! 🙂
