On the 31st of January 2018, ten of our trainees met having an after-work-dinner in “La Flamme” Bad Mergentheim. We had the opportunity to enjoy an “All-you-can-eat” with various types of tartes flambées. Of course, we tried the “All-you-can-eat”. We started to choose our first different tartes flambées. We chose the classic type “Elsässer Art”, but also some extraordinary ones like for example Chicken-Curry, Feta-spinach or fillet of pork-asparagus-potato. After we had about 8 rounds à 4 salty tartes flambèes, we tried the sweet ones. We ate for example a raspberry-vanilla or apple-cinnamon tarte flambée. While we enjoyed our food, we talked and laughed a lot. We will definitely come again!
