Af­ter-work-din­ner in “La Flamme”

On the 31st of Ja­nu­a­ry 2018, ten of our trai­nees met ha­ving an af­ter-work-din­ner in “La Flam­me” Bad Mer­gen­theim. We had the op­por­tu­ni­ty to en­joy an “All-you-can-eat” with va­rious ty­pes of tar­tes flam­bées. Of cour­se, we tried the “All-you-can-eat”. We star­ted to choo­se our first dif­fe­rent tar­tes flam­bées. We cho­se the clas­sic type “El­säs­ser Art”, but also some ex­tra­or­di­na­ry ones like for ex­amp­le Chi­cken-Cur­ry, Feta-spi­n­ach or fil­let of pork-as­pa­ra­gus-po­ta­to. Af­ter we had about 8 rounds à 4 sal­ty tar­tes flam­bè­es, we tried the sweet ones. We ate for ex­amp­le a raspber­ry-va­nil­la or ap­ple-cin­na­mon tar­te flam­bée. While we en­joy­ed our food, we tal­ked and laug­hed a lot. We will de­fi­ni­te­ly come again!
