Ac­ti­vi­ty at the re­cep­ti­on (13.02.17 – 15.02.17)

It is qui­te rare that a trai­nee or a stu­dent is sit­ting at the re­cep­ti­on in our com­pa­ny. Be­cau­se our company’s good soul take care of the re­spon­si­ble and im­portant task at all three lo­ca­ti­ons. But them a work­shop is gran­ted too, so a few of us had the job to take care of the re­cep­ti­on in Wei­kers­heim and Is­ma­ning. We took care of the re­cep­ti­on in Co­lo­gne as well but howe­ver no­bo­dy was lo­ca­ted the­re. Af­ter a small in­st­ruc­tion, we star­ted work and ever­y­bo­dy is of the opi­ni­on that it was an in­te­res­ting ex­pe­ri­ence. Be­cau­se who has the pos­si­bi­li­ty to do the meal prep for an en­t­i­re com­pa­ny or to have con­ta­ct with all of the em­ployees or customers?

We have or­ga­ni­zed our­sel­ves well and re­gu­la­ted who would help whom when. And that is why we have ma­na­ged the tasks suc­cess­ful­ly. Dif­fe­rent em­ployees re­qui­red more pre­sence of our team, so we have de­ci­ded to take on the task and to ac­com­plish it suc­cess­ful­ly. We are espe­cial­ly proud that we had the chan­ce to do the task and that we got so much re­spon­si­bi­li­ty. It was a very en­ri­ching task for us and a va­rie­ty of the ever­y­day work. The­re­fo­re, we can say that we will do this job again, if it is necessary.
