As September approached, it was also time again for our traditional and unmissable trainee trip. A special occasion where the new trainees and students have the opportunity to get to know the older colleagues, but especially to have fun by learning something new. After recharging us with some snacks, it was time to start our walking tour from Weikersheim to Creglingen. It seemed a mission impossible since we had 16km to bear and weather did not help as well. Indeed, it started raining in the mid of the trip, that´s why we were forced to do several breaks in the meantime. Luckily, after four long hours, we finally reached our aim. The afternoon went on quite smoothly and, by taking advantage of the sun, we did some activities outside. The long day ended with a delicious grill, however the night was even longer than the daytime for some of us 😊 The following morning we were divided into three big groups. We played some games whose purpose was to teach us what team work really means and to simulate situations which could happen us during the working days. After a feedback round and the lunch break, it was time to come back home. It was a pity that it was the last trip for some trainees and students, but, as everybody already knows, good memories can never be erased. We wish the younger colleagues much fun for the next trips and thanks to Steffen and Lennart for having organised this wonderful event.
